We are dedicated to serving those in need and raising awareness of the challenges of living in poverty. JFCAC offers a wide variety of programs designed to empower families and improve the quality of life for those living in the crisis of poverty. Programs include: Housing/Rental Assistance, Weatherization, Energy Assistance, Head Start and Crisis Intervention Community Services.

Free meal to anyone in the community who would like to attend every Tuesday night

Compass Health Network is a nonprofit health care organization that provides a full continuum of behavioral health services as well as primary and dental health services, Behavioral Health, Dental Care, Pediatric and Family Medicine, and Substance Use Disorder.

For any and all further assistance by Loving Hearts Outreach Food Pantry, Client must provide all of the following documentation and agree to update the following documentation at any time requested. A Client may visit LHO Food Pantry one time per month per household as long as all required documentation is in order, up to date, and the client meets all LHO Financial Guidelines. Client must be a resident of Franklin County, Missouri.

*Valid Missouri Picture I.D. on each adult member of household. This is anyone 18 years or older living within the home, whether related or not.

*Please know gross monthly income for entire household for application purposes.

We give out perishable items on Monday 12-2 and Friday 1-3. Anyone from Franklin county can come both days if needed.   No info needed.  We have regular food pantry EVERY Thursday 11-1:30.  Franklin county residents may come twice a month for that.  The first time they come in on Thursday the must qualify.  1.  ID for everyone over 18.  2. Proof of social security numbers for all household members. 3. Proof of address.  4.  Proof of income or lack of income for everyone over 18.  On Thursday they will get to select from perishable items, along with canned and dry goods as available. Financial Assistance for utility bills, rent or unexpected emergencies, Resale Shop– available to anyone who lives in Franklin County. Must have eviction or disconnect notice.

Free Prescription Drug Savings Card /Pharmacy Discount Card available by phone, online or “Good Rx” app. Offers up to 80% reduced prescriptions at most pharrmacies. Available to those uninsured or if prescriptions are not covered by insurance.

Offers comparisons and reviews on different types of glucose meters and insulin pumps. Also compares current prices of glucose test strips between top online sources for diabetic supplies: American Diabetes Wholesale, Amazon, and www.drugstore.com. Website also includes information on nutrition, exercise, various diabetes treatments.

A non-profit company that recycles unused diabetic supplies from people that have extras and offer them at discounted prices to those without insurance. Membership is free and with each purchase members of the Test Strip Buying Club are offered bonus supplies of either a box of lancets, a box of syringes, or a glucose meter with each order

Offers free insulin pumps and glucose meters and test strips when available. To qualify, patients must be uninsured or underinsured, have a household income of less than $60,000/year and have been recommended for insulin pump therapy by a physician. Application can be found here.
