You may make reports online 24/7; however, it is only being monitored by intake staff during the Hotline hours of operation, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., 365 days per year.

Offers free tax help to people who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns, including:

Free Tax Preparation From AARP Foundation Tax-Aide

AARP Foundation Tax-Aide provides tax assistance to those who qualify, free of charge, with a special focus on taxpayers who are over 50 and have low to moderate income. You don’t need to be an AARP member to use the service.

Missouri Free Legal Answers is a virtual-only legal advice clinic in which qualifying users post civil legal
questions to be answered by attorneys licensed in their state.

Question topics include Family, Divorce, Custody, Housing, Eviction, Homelessness, Consumer Rights, Financial, Work, Employment, Unemployment, Health and Disability, Civil Rights, Income Maintenance, Juvenile and Education Law.

Supporting children impacted by Foster Care

Our Boutique Store provides clothing, shoes, hygiene items, beds, sheets, car seats and other childhood essentials families need to support the children in their home. We stock clothing sizes preemie through Teen (Adult 4XL).

Traditional Foster homes can shop for kids in their home as needs arise.

Guardianship and Adoptive homes can shop twice a year.

Biological Families can shop twice per year WITH a referral from their caseworker, therapist or school social worker. We specifically want to work with biological families when they are working to better their situation.

In order to shop, foster families need to bring in their placement paperwork.

HOPE for Franklin County Coalition strives to make sure that our community is able to access life-saving Naloxone, at no cost. There are currently five locations in Franklin County, and we are always looking for new ways and loactions to provide this emergency medication. Naloxone saves lives!

God Bless This House is a non-profit organization and our mission is to support and bless individuals and families in need living in Franklin County or surrounding counties with furniture and household items. Our motto is ” Providing Comfort from Compassion”. Our items are new or used items in good condition that are donated from people in our community. This is a referral based organization meaning that a referral is required from any organization in Franklin County such as a shelter/transitional housing provider, medical or mental health provider, sober living house, church, state worker, or other non-profit.
