The Eastern Missouri MIH Network is a local “systems of care” approach on whole person care.  The service delivery model in Eastern Missouri capitalizes on the local partnership of Union, Meramec, St. Clair, Washington, Gerald and Lincoln County Ambulance Districts, along with health care providers including Compass Health Network, Mercy Hospital Washington and Lincoln.

MIH removes the barrier so many face in our community: access to care.  The program brings health care to the consumer in their home.

Partners In-Kind (PIK) is a nonprofit mental health clinic funded by the Franklin County Community Resource Board and the Community and Children’s Resource Board of St. Charles County to provide no cost psychological evaluations to Franklin and St. Charles County children. Our licensed psychologists provide comprehensive evaluation services; offering diagnostic clarification to the families we serve, and bespoke recommendations and referrals to the most appropriate aftercare providers. Our evaluations address the full range of emotional and behavioral problems such as:

Community based health care organization; Franklin County site offers substance use and mental health services at no cost for adolescents.

Outpatient substance use disorder treatment and trauma recovery services for adults.  Programs include individual and group counseling, Medically Assisted Treatment, and DWI Second Program.

Substance Use Disorder Assessment Services for adults and youth. Free for adolescents; very low cost for adults. Free referral to treatment and self help resources; free counseling and education services to youth through the Transitional Counseling Program.

Certified Peer Specialists Program- provides peer support and life coaching for adults seeking recovery.

Free mobile clinic with services for uninsured adults age 19-64.  Household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. (Example: Family of four total annual household income maximum: $51,500)

This is a free, walk-in clinic sponsored by the Muslim Community of St. Louis, Deaconess Nurse Ministry, and St. Peter’s United Church of Christ.

Basic medical services for adults 18 and over.  Includes screening, treatment and referrals, free of charge.  No insurance required, but a photo ID is required to be seen in the clinic.
