Partners In Kind Mental Health Clinic

Partners In-Kind (PIK) is a nonprofit mental health clinic funded by the Franklin County Community Resource Board and the Community and Children’s Resource Board of St. Charles County to provide no cost psychological evaluations to Franklin and St. Charles County children. Rural Parish Mobile Clinic

Free mobile clinic with services for uninsured adults age 19-64.  Household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. (Example: Family of four total annual household income maximum: $51,500)
