This is a free, walk-in clinic sponsored by the Muslim Community of St. Louis, Deaconess Nurse Ministry, and St. Peter’s United Church of Christ.

Basic medical services for adults 18 and over.  Includes screening, treatment and referrals, free of charge.  No insurance required, but a photo ID is required to be seen in the clinic.

At Sana Lake Recovery, our center provides addiction and mental health treatment in Missouri with a more personal focus on what you need for successful, lasting recovery when you need it. With credentialed, empathetic staff in a world-class treatment setting, you’ll be guided toward long-term recovery in a way that makes the most sense for your unique needs. Once you find your footing in solid recovery, we’ll be here with ongoing,continued support your wellness.

Naturopathic and holistic treatment

Serves residents of Franklin County State ID required for all adults, SS card for all household members & proof of residence.

The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is here to help those who need immediate assistance in emergency situations. Natural disasters and unexpected tragedies often leave people without homes, funds, and support. The Society offers aid to people with nowhere else to turn.

Monthly outdoor food pickup for any family who needs help.  No proof of income or residency needed.

Participants are required to sign up every month in order to plan accordingly.  Register at www.compasshealthnetwork.org, look for The Mobile Market under “Events”, then “Community Events.”   Online registration opens up during the 15th through the 19th of the previous month.

Union: Third Thursday of every month, 9AM-10:30AM / Great 8 Cinema Parking Lot, 5 Prairie Dell Plaza Drive

Winfield: Third Tuesday of every month 9AM-10:30AM / Winfield First Baptist Church, 3700 E. Highway 47

Warrenton: Third Wednesday of every month 9AM-10:30AM / Warrenton Cinema, 265 W Veterans Memorial Pkwy

Wentzville: Third Friday of every month, 9AM-11PM / Compass Health Center, 1032 Crosswinds Court

St. Peters: Third Friday of every month, 1:15PM-2:30PM / Compass Health, 111 Mexico Court

What is given out?
Every family that comes through will receive roughly the same amount; family size has no bearing on the amount they will receive.
No worries, it is usually a lot!
How does it run?
St. Louis Area Foodbank brings food to the various locations the day of distributions. Clients line up in their cars and volunteers assist
with the repackaging and distribution. The clients do not even have to get out of their cars!
What if it’s cancelled?
This is an OUTDOOR distribution, which means weather is a primary factor when considering cancellations. A general rule we follow
is if schools are closed, MM is closed. Cancellations can happen for several reasons. Weather, truck issues, volunteer support, in any
instance we will follow the same protocol for the cancellation. An agency wide email will be sent out as soon as the decision is made,
an email will be sent to all clients who are sign up on the list, our Facebook page will have the cancellation information.

It includes links to federal and state programs and services for Missourians with disabilities, provides information on laws, rights, and etiquette, and offers a searchable resource directory on local disability service organizations.

Here you can search by county and by disability type to find programs in Franklin County.  These include programs that help with a variety of disabilities, such as visual impairment, developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, respiratory conditions and many others.

Information is also available regarding related concerns, such as service animals, housing, and assistive technology.

The Aviary Recovery Center for addiction rehabilitation has three locations – two outpatient centers located in Lee’s Summit, MO and Kirkwood, MO, and a residential and outpatient program in Eolia, MO, in the northern part of the St. Louis region.

We are privately owned and operated and are licensed through the Missouri Department of Mental Health, which guarantees that we meet the highest of standards.
