The Franklin County Children and Families Community Resource Board is the administrator for the Putting Kids First: Community Children’s Service Fund and the Franklin County Domestic Violence Fund. The funds are dedicated for services to citizens of Franklin County, Missouri, and will be awarded to local agencies to provide services that address the unmet needs of our community.

Freedom Recovery Center, LLC states we will positively impact the health and well-being of every client we serve. Each client will leave our programs with the tools needed to make better choices and increase their opportunity for a happier, healthier, and more productive life.

Gateway to Hope helps patients get the help they need with breast health screenings, transportation to appointments, financial assistance when applicable, and other barriers to care when it comes to breast health.

Through their patient support programs, they partner with patients to reduce the financial and emotional burdens of seeking care, empowering individuals to focus on their health.

Free Prescription Drug Savings Card /Pharmacy Discount Card available by phone, online or “Good Rx” app. Offers up to 80% reduced prescriptions at most pharrmacies. Available to those uninsured or if prescriptions are not covered by insurance.

The Little Pantry at Grace UMC shares pantry essentials:

Monday & Friday mornings 10 am – noon

At other times, check the Little Pantry in the parking lot.

The mission of Grace’s Place is to serve as a licensed emergency shelter for children and youth whose families are in crisis by
providing a loving and safe environment for children.  Programs include:

Crisis Care-  Crisis Care provides support to families who are encountering a situation which could lead to loss of employment, loss of shelter or a child’s basic needs going unmet – in addition to any situation that could potentially lead to a child being abused and/or neglected.

Respite Care-  Respite Care provides short-term support to families who are encountering high levels of parental stress.

Case Management-  Grace’s Place offers personalized case management services for families. We offer applicable resources for current situation and future referrals which will strengthen safety nets as families transition out of operating in a crisis state.

GRASP – Grief Recovery After a Substance Passing – provides sources of help, compassion and, most of all, understanding for individuals and families who have experienced the death of a loved one due to drug use.  If you’ve lost someone you love to drug or alcohol use, don’t grieve alone.

This group meets the 1st Saturday of each month from 1 pm – 3pm at the Foundations for Franklin County Office.

They also offer a virtual meeting on the 3rd Saturday of each month, from 1pm – 3pm

Hanani Health Outpatient Services is a certified outpatient provider through the Missouri Department of Mental Health and provides 12-week intensive outpatient services for men and women seeking recovery from substance use disorders. Email or call us for more information regarding our outpatient program.

Hanani Hub is a recovery community center in the lower level of our outpatient building. It is open to everyone in the recovery community and we have a variety of 12-step meetings there.
