What DOES NOT Work in Substance Misuse Prevention – We do a lot of talking about what is proven to be effective when it comes to substance misuse prevention, but this document identifies several methods that have been proven NOT to work!  Things like Mythbusting, Fear Arousal, Experience Simulations and other tactics are not only ineffective, but often encourage youth to experiment with substances.  Provided by the Great Lakes Area PTTC.
